Become a Mortgage Broker

If you are interested in becoming a mortgage broker, there are several requirements that will be different depending on which state you want to be license in. Some states such as Alaska, Alabama, Colorado and Wyoming don't have requirements.

Mortgage brokers don't fund or service the mortgage they originate. Think of a mortgage broker as a middle man who connects the consumers with actual wholesale lenders.
